Thanks for helping me build the gender pay gap database. There's a lot of reports to gather information from, so every submission will really help! If you have the time and can pull out the main data points for the figures, that will speed up my work a huge amount. You can click the "provide extra details" option in the form to expand the fields for all the data. Don't worry if some of the data doesn't appear in the report, those fields aren't mandatory. If there's anything you want to highlight to me, or you want to share your socials for a shoutout, or any comments at all, feel free to leave them along with the report.
If you have a report for a company that's not in the dropdown, please select "Other" from the companies list, and let me know the company name in the field that appears. There's an option to choose 2022 as the reporting year also, in case you've found a report I missed from the first year of the database.
Please fill in the figures as presented in the report e.g. 1.23, with no percentage sign included (I'll handle that in the background). If a figure is represented as a negative or listed as "in favour of women", please put it in with a - sign e.g. -3.36.
